Stratford-on-Avon District Council have a number of cool online things happening at the moment, including:

  • A Twitter account - which delives short messages to those who subscribe
  • A Facebook page - where people can interact with the Council within a social network
  • A Flickr group - where people can share digital photos of the area
  • A YouTube account - where videos can be shared by the Council
  • A FriendFeed account - where all the Council's online activity can be shared and commented on

All of the above are linked to, and in some cases embedded within, the Council's home page.

Stratford's web team also has a 'Labs' page, where online innovation is tested before being made live. In addition to this, they have their own twitter feed which is used to communicate with other local authority web teams and interested parties.
